St.Peters Semis

This project is located on the lands of the Gadigal and Wangal people of the Eora Nation.
Two young families worked together to purchase and develop a property in the inner-west of Sydney.
In place of a single-storey fibro cottage, two 3-storey contemporary semis were built.

The footprint is modest and bedrooms are compact to give
as much height and amenity to the shared living spaces
The materials are hard and colourful – up to the challenge
of inhabitants that ranged from newborns to grandparents.

Each dwelling footprint approx 150sqm:
3 bedrooms – 1 study – 1 bathroom – 1 bathroom/laundry
