Annandale Terrace
This project is located on the lands of the Gadigal and Wangal people of the Eora Nation.
The owners of this Annandale terrace have a background in industrial design and a confidence in their vision and aesthetic. The existing two storey home had great bedrooms but the kitchen,
dining, bathroom/laundry to the rear were cramped and dark. The design relied on reconfiguring the space adding only 4sqm to the footprint and retaining as much as of the existing home as possible.
A central courtyard ensures light and amenity to an existing bedroom and the new bathroom and laundry.
The new kitchen + dining is tall and bright – directing views out to the rear yard.
The builder took great care to retain the lovely mature tree to the rear preserving the soft dappled shadows and leafy outlook.
